CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancelations and rescheduling need to be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. RESCHEDULING- A one-time reschedule is permitted as a courtesy. Any additional changes will require a new deposit to secure your appointment. NO SHOWS- If a client fails to show for an appointment, they forfeit their deposit and will also be charged 25% of their treatment scheduled. LATE POLICY- If the client is up to 15 minutes late, the service may be cut short. If the client is more than15 minutes late, the service may be canceled depending on the service scheduled after. A new deposit will need to be applied to reschedule.
