CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY At 333 Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time reserved for each client and ensure availability for others, the following policies apply: DEPOSIT POLICY- •A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled treatment. •Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. •Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment. •Any additional reschedule, regardless of notice given, will require a new non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. •Appointments canceled at any time will forfeit the deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY- •Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment. RESCHEDULING POLICY- •Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment. NO-SHOW POLICY- •Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit the deposit and be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment.
