All cancelations and rescheduling need to be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be applied to reschedule. NO SHOWS- If a client fails to show for an appointment, they forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. LATE POLICY- If the client is up to 10 minutes late, the service may be cut short. If the client is 15 minutes late, the service may be canceled depending on the service scheduled after. A new deposit will need to be applied to reschedule. Recurrence of late cancelations, no shows, or late appointment arrivals will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled treatment on 3rd incident plus forfeit of deposit. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & will be applied towards treatment or can be left on the books for the following appointment.
